• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. GitHub Integration

By connecting your GitHub account, you:

• Grant us read-only access to your repository data
• Authorize us to monitor commits for content generation
• Understand that we only access public repositories or repositories you explicitly authorize
• Can revoke access at any time through your GitHub settings

5. Content Generation and Ownership

Regarding AI-generated content:

• All generated content is provided as drafts for your review
• You retain full ownership of your original repository content
• Generated posts are suggestions only - you are responsible for final content
• You must review and approve all content before publishing
• We do not automatically post to any social media platforms

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PushPost to:

• Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our service
• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

8. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us:

• We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service
• Repository data is processed securely and not shared with third parties
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• You can request data deletion at any time

9. Service Availability
